Questions people actually ask
What counts towards my allowance?
One conversation is one visitor's sitting with the assistant. It ends after thirty minutes of quiet, and it only counts when the assistant actually answers something. A greeting somebody abandons is free, and anything your team answers by hand is never metered. One rule, on every plan, whichever model is behind it. We say it plainly because vagueness here is where surprise bills come from.
Is the AI an extra charge?
No. It is included in every paid plan. One quota, one bill, no separate AI charge and no separate automation charge.
Do I need a developer?
No. One line before your closing body tag on any website: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow or plain HTML. In The Gambia we come and do it for you.
Do you use my customers' conversations to train anything?
No. Your knowledge and your transcripts are yours, kept separate from every other business on the platform, and you can have phone numbers and email addresses hidden from anyone who opens your dashboard.
What happens if I go over?
At 80% we tell you. At 100% the assistant stops answering questions but still takes every enquiry, so nothing is lost while you decide. You can add conversations to the month for a one-off price, or move up a plan. Your own team can keep replying by hand throughout, because a person answering is never counted. Nothing is charged that you did not press a button to buy, and we never move you to a higher plan automatically — that practice is one of the loudest complaints about the incumbents.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, and your allowance changes with it. If a plan's price changes we hold you on the one you agreed unless you ask to move.
What if it does not know the answer?
It says so and offers a person, rather than guessing. It will never invent a price, a date or a policy, and every question it could not answer appears in your dashboard.
